Questions Parents Ask
Clear answers about enquiring, visiting and registering for the academic session 2027–28. Can't find yours? Call the school office.
Enquiring
Is the enquiry free?
Yes. An enquiry is free and does not commit you to anything. No payment is ever taken on this website.
Which session are admissions open for?
Admissions are open for the academic session 2027–28.
Is an enquiry the same as registration?
No. An enquiry tells us you are interested. Registration is a separate step, completed with the school office after you have spoken to us, for a specific session and class.
How will I hear back?
Your enquiry is recorded in the school's admissions system, CrestOne, and our admissions office calls you on the mobile number you give.
I have more than one child. What should I do?
Send one enquiry for each child. You can use the same mobile number for all of them.
What if I send the same enquiry twice?
Don't worry. Our admissions office checks for repeated enquiries for the same child and session, and you will be contacted once.
Can I fill in the form in Hindi?
Yes. The enquiry form is available in Hindi, and names can be written in Hindi or English.
Visiting and Meeting Us
Can we visit the school?
Yes, and we encourage it. Tick "I would like to visit the campus" on the enquiry form, or call the school office, and we will arrange a time.
Can I meet the Principal?
Yes. Call the school office to arrange a time to meet our Principal, Khushi Srivastava.
Registration and Documents
When do we register?
After you have spoken to our admissions office and decided to go ahead. Registration is completed with the school office for the 2027–28 session and the class your child will join.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes. The school office will confirm the current amount. A receipt is issued only when the payment has been recorded by the school. Nothing is paid online.
Which documents do we need?
None to enquire. When you register, the school office will tell you exactly which documents to bring for your child's class.
Classes and Learning
Which classes can we apply for?
For 2027–28 admissions are open from Nursery to Class 9 (Nursery, LKG, UKG and Classes 1 to 9). Seat availability varies by class; our admissions office confirms it when they call.
Which curriculum does the school follow?
The CBSE curriculum. The school's CBSE mandatory public disclosure is linked at the foot of every page.
We are already a Crestfield family. Where do we see school updates?
In the school's CrestOne app: attendance, homework, results, fees and notices for your children.
